A Michigan man who played the same set of lottery numbers for four years found that his persistence was rewarded with $1.3 million.
The 54-year-old Wayne County man bought a Lotto 47 ticket with the numbers 04-08-17-28-36-43, the DLY reports.
“I’ve been playing this set of numbers for four years,” he said.
And his numbers were finally rewarded with a jackpot of $1.3 million.
“I scanned my ticket on the lottery app and saw the numbers fly by and I thought this is a dream come true,” he added.
“Winning is a wonderful feeling and gives me and my family financial freedom,” the winner continued.
